Kick Start to 2026

What an incredible week it was in Las Vegas! As the neon lights of the Strip faded, we headed home from CES 2026 with a lot more than just memories. pureLiFi is thrilled to share that the groundbreaking Bridge XC™ system was named one of the Best of CES 2026″ by LifeWire.

The LifeWire editors, known for their “Tech for Humans” approach, selected just 25 products out of thousands to represent the most innovative and useful technology of the year. Bridge XC was recognised for solving one of the most persistent problems in modern connectivity: the “last meter” gap.

Bridge XC: Gigabit Through Glass. In Minutes.

For years, the industry has struggled with the “last meter” of 5G. High-frequency signals often fail to penetrate modern, energy-efficient glass and walls, forcing users to choose between low-performing indoor signals or expensive, invasive professional installations involving drilling and cables.

Bridge XC changes the game. As LifeWire noted, it’s a “smart yet quiet fix that just makes connectivity behave the way it should”.

Using invisible infrared light and wireless power, Bridge XC allows users to self-install gigabit broadband through any window in minutes. No drilling, no landlord permissions, and no waiting for a technician.

Key Highlights of Bridge XC:

  • Gigabit Speeds: Up to 1 Gbps full-duplex, symmetrical data rates.
  • Zero Drilling: Simple installation using weather-resistant “Gecko® tape”.
  • Wireless Power: Delivers up to 25W of power from the indoor unit to the outdoor CPE.
  • Eco-Friendly: By eliminating “truck rolls” and professional visits, each installation can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 66 kg.

A New Standard for the Always Connected Generation

As our CEO Ron Schaeffer said during the show, “The always-connected era has been plagued by ‘good enough’ connectivity and ‘hopefully secure’ networks for long enough”.

With the recognition from LifeWire and the successful debut of our latest systems, we are proving that the future of broadband isn’t just about speed—it’s about making that speed accessible, instant, and absolute in its security.

Bridge XC is currently in consumer field trials with major carriers, with commercial deployment expected later this year.

Thank you to LifeWire and everyone who visited us at CES 2026. Albeit that was a great start, we are just getting started on our mission to connect the world through light.
